Every plan is the whole product. Only the allowance changes. Setup and carrier registration is $500 once, on every plan.

Who gets a seat

Operators, not beginners.

It assumes you already know what works and want it running without you. You qualify when:

  • 01You have closed at least 10 deals in the last two years
  • 02You run a real business with its own EIN
  • 03You are already doing outbound of some kind
  • 04You have a list, or know how to get one
  • 05Follow up runs through you or one other person

Carrier registration takes about two weeks from the day you sign up, and nothing can shorten it. That is also why the minimum term is three months.

Why two weeks before I can send?
Because the carriers vet every business that sends texts, on their schedule. We file your registration the day you sign up. Anyone who promises you can send tomorrow is sending from numbers that get shut off, and you are the one who gets blamed.
Does the AI talk to my sellers without me?
It handles the early conversation, the follow up, and questions with a known answer. The moment a seller says anything that sounds like money or a decision, it hands them to you with a draft ready. Nothing with a price in it goes out unless you tap send.
I am not in real estate. Does it still fit?
If your business lives or dies on following up by text, yes. The comps and offer drafting are built for property, and everything else, the follow up, the voice, the hand off, the opt out protection, works for any list. Ask on the application and we will tell you honestly.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You export everything, leads, conversations, notes, and we delete our copy thirty days later. We would rather earn the renewal than lock the door.
Can my VA use it?
Yes. You add them with their own login, and you can remove them the moment they leave without changing anything else.
Why do you turn people away?
Every seat sends through registrations that sit next to each other. One account blasting a cold list into complaints hurts delivery for everyone, so we only take operators who already know what not to send.
